講義概要

The course is designed to encourage critical thinking among students, keep them engaged in extensive discussion about diverse, interesting issues. Each unit covers two sets of discussion issues, an audio clip, reading comprehension activities reinforced with writing exercise and has an online study center for more individual practice and self-tests. The volume of materials and design allow for flexibility. It is a four-skills language course and task-based ensuring each student’s progress is monitored. The tasks include warm-up, vocabulary, listening, pair work, reading, further discussions, and presentation. The book is for 30 weeks classes or 2 semesters.

This course uses English only as medium of instruction.
