【講義概要】
This course has two main parts: one part is about students' gaining skills in researching a topic, the other part is about presenting research findings. For the first part, students will learn about choosing an appropriate research topic, locating and using library resources, and writing up their research and presenting it orally. For the second part, students will practice various skills to make their presentations effective. These include, for example, introducing, organizing, and concluding a presentation, using visual aids and handling questions after a presentation.
